We are seeking a Program Manager. The successful candidate will provide support and bridge the gap between Customers and the FELLFAB® Sales and Operational teams to successfully deliver our products to Customers in a timely manner.

Responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to:

• Directly manages large programs that are strategically significant in size and scope to FELLFAB®.
• Provides support and bridges the gap between Customers and the FELLFAB® Sales and Operational teams to successfully deliver our products to Customers in a timely manner.
• Reviews costing on programs and recommends pricing for approval by VP Sales.
• Acts as the leader/facilitator of Cross Functional Project teams.
• Develops project timelines, defining project goals/objectives and coordinates fiscal and physical resources within the scope of the project.
• Maintains project records/controls to ensure that there is accurate and objective information on performance relative to the plan and that recovery actions can be implemented where necessary.
• Facilitate and ensure effective communication amongst customers/representatives, that is, between top management team and individual cross functional managers, and make sure that the information/directives being passed down are diligently carried out.
• Make sure that there is effective allocation of common resources amongst the individual projects under the program.
• Manage all forms of risk that may hinder the progress of on-going projects.
• Develop back-up/recovery plans in the case of unplanned set-backs in project delivery.
• Will attend or host meetings with stakeholders to ensure all requirements are met. May involve presentations and review of projects in person.

Requirements:

• Post-Secondary Education in a business-related field of study
• Excellent Organizational, multi-tasking skills
• Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (specifically MS Word and Excel)
• Ability to:
  • Manage multiple programs at any given time. Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Communicate at all levels, both verbally and in writing
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation.
  • Work independently and as part of a larger team.
  • Take initiative, recommend solutions, and assist other departments as necessary
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
