We are currently seeking a Temporary Medical Scribe to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our doctor and healthcare providers to accurately document patient encounters in real-time. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for healthcare.

MUST HAVE SCRIBE EXPERIENCE

Essential Functions:

• Scribe Accurately document patient encounters in real-time.
• Assist healthcare providers with various administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines at all times.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare providers to ensure accurate documentation of patient information.
• Assist with data entry and record management as required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a medical scribe or similar role is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
• Availability to work flexible hours as needed.

Duration: Temporary position, with the possibility of extension based on business needs.
