The LPNs will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents, administering medications, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the well-being of our residents. Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
Monitor residents' health status and respond to changes in condition
Collaborate with Registered Nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
Provide emotional support and assistance with activities of daily living for residents
Document and maintain accurate medical records and reports
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies
Handle emergencies and critical incidents as needed
Qualifications:
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of New Jersey
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
