Job Brief
The Property Manager is responsible for all property operations. The purpose of the Property Manager is to effectively manage and coordinate persons, activities and available resources in order to accomplish property objectives. These objectives will include maximizing occupancy levels and property values.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct all business in accordance with Company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act and all other laws pertaining to apartments.
- Ensures that lease files are complete and that completion of leases is being executed properly.
- Hires, terminates, trains, and supervises all on‐site staff. This includes annual performance reviews, review and approval of timesheets, instructing and advising on‐site staff of employee procedures and guidelines.
- Maintains a positive customer service attitude.
- Physically walk and inspect property on a regular basis.
- Conduct weekly market surveys, be aware of neighborhood market conditions.
- Assist in creating budgets for the upcoming calendar year.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Property Manager.
- Experience with 300 units .
- Qualified candidates must be customer service oriented.
