Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team at Femwell. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care to our pediatric patients, working closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our young clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose health conditions, and develop treatment plans.
- Collaborate with pediatricians and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Current licensure as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in the state of Florida.
- 0-5 years of experience in pediatric nursing or a related field.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
