Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals

Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in micro-ingredients industry
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
  • Strong customer service and account management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of business development strategies and techniques
  • Experience in outside sales or field sales is a plus

Salary Structure: Base Commission

Base Salary: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

  • Mount Laurel, 08054: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Outside sales: 2 years (Preferred)
  • B2B sales: 2 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (primarily domestic travel)
