Feng Cha was first founded in the USA in 2016. It is a franchise of a Taiwanese-originated Boba store chain. Feng Cha has more than 700 stores worldwide and more than 30 stores in DFW.

The Barista is responsible for the following tasks but is not limited to the following:

• Welcomes customers by determining their interests and needs.
• Educates customers by presenting and explaining FENG CHA's menu; and answers customers' questions to the best of their ability.
• Up-sells additional products when appropriate.
• Prepares and sells FENG CHA drinks by following set recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks, tea drinks, dessert and etc.
• Generates revenue by attracting new customers; and defining new and expanded services and products.
• Maintains inventories by replenishing the supply
• Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; and performing preventive maintenance.
• Carries dirty plates, glasses, and silverware to the kitchen for cleaning
• Re-organizes seating arrangements and wipes down tables to maintain a tidy dining area
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
• Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes; maintaining and improving the appearance of the store and workstation.
• Enhances FENG CHA teahouse reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

2 Shifts per day.

• Morning/Day Shift : 9:30 am to 4:30pm
• Night Shift: 4:30 pm to 9:30 / 10:30 pm
