We are looking for a responsible Delivery Driver to safely and promptly pickup and deliver power equipment we sell and service to our customers. You will represent our company in a professional manner to increase our customer satisfaction. The Gentleman who has filled this position is unavailable so we are looking for a replacement. He typically came into work at 9AM and routed his deliveries then executed the pickups and drop offs. He often was done for the day by noon. He did a great job and we need a great replacement. This is a fun job for someone looking to have a daily routine that is very flexible, provides good income and is a fun work environment facing forward to great customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide variety of lawn mower, snowblowers and similar items to different addresses and through different routes in our service area of NW Michigan
• Safely follow routes and time schedule
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a 4WD Pickup and Trailer.
• Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ concerns.
• Be a kind and courteous ambassador for Ferguson Lawn Equipment
• Comply with all safety regulations and safety standards

Skills

• Valid professional driver’s license
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good driving record with no traffic violations
• High school degree
• Enjoy being part of a successful TEAM

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
