Responsibilities:
Pay Range:$15.61 - $23.41
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain a wide variety of mechanical hydraulic, and electrical tools.
- Perform routine operating functions, inspections, and troubleshooting on all equipment
- Repair damaged equipment back to a high standard of working order by applying technical knowledge to problem solve
- Maintain fusion equipment in a manner that meets organization standards and associate productivity
- Research, evaluate, and recommend new maintenance equipment and tools to improve the capabilities of the maintenance team
- Set, calibrate, or adjust equipment, machinery, and instruments so that it aligns with production specifications or instructions
- Advise managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems
- Performs all job duties according to OSHA standards
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Prior experience using standard hand tools (hammer, pliers, screwdriver, etc.)
- Prior experience using mechanic hand tools s (socket sets, tap/dies, hex keys, etc.)
- Prior experience using electric diagnostic tools (multimeter)
- Prior experience maintaining hydraulic systems and components
- Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
- Experience using Microsoft products to communicate and complete daily tasks
- Attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Reliable attendance
- The ability to thrive in an inclusive environment
