Job Summary: The Site Coordinator oversees administrative and clinical aspects of designated program(s), providing guidance and support to staff.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Manages and directs staff within designated program(s).

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Guide and support staff, manage performance, and address retention issues.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels, train new staff, and review documentation for compliance.
• Collaborate with Site Director on caseload management, client communication, and program needs.
• Foster a positive work environment and facilitate professional development opportunities.
• Manage team meetings, deliver services, and oversee program budgets and grants.
• Communicate Fernbrook's mission internally and externally, ensuring policy and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Ethical decision-making and professional boundaries.

• Adaptability and willingness to seek feedback and learn.
• Proficiency in computer usage or willingness to learn.

Physical Demands:

• Prolonged periods of computer work and occasional lifting up to 15 pounds.

Position Type and Expected Hours:

• Flexible hours between 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, with travel to various locations.
• Salary staff expected to work 40-43 hours per week, with potential for overtime.
• Hourly staff able to work up to 40 hours per week, with overtime preapproval.

Education and Experience:

• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and acceptable driving record.
• Must meet Mental Health Practitioner or Case Manager qualifications.
• Experience in providing mental health services.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bilingual proficiency.
• Familiarity with Fernbrook and/or a master's degree in mental health.
• Experience in supervision or leadership roles.
