Duties:
- Litigate and negotiate on behalf of clients in legal disputes
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Prepare for and attend court hearings, mediations, trials, and other legal proceedings
- Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the litigation process
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding their rights and obligations
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Experience:
- At least 3 years civil litigation experience with an interest in medical malpractice.
- Admitted to practice law in Florida
- Proven experience in litigation, including drafting legal documents and representing clients in court
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
