About the Role:The Quality Supervisor is a key position in the Ferrero Quality Organization that oversees Quality and Food Safety Programs, Processes, and Personnel, and reports directly into the Plant Quality Manager. In this role you will be actively involved in cross functional work with Production, R&D/Technology, Engineering, Maintenance. The Quality Supervisor supports the implementation of the Ferrero Food Safety and Quality Standards and guarantees that the production unit operates in compliance with these standards. The schedule for this role is Monday - Friday on the dayshift. Main Responsibilities:
Leads root cause analyses related to Non-Conformances.
Actively involved in the continuous improvement process and implementing related projects.
Responsible for employees’ Quality training and development, in order to achieve quality objectives.
Participate in the development and implementation or new standards.
Maintain Product & Process Quality Standard
Verify the application of Quality system procedures
Verify the application of Food Safety systems procedures
Revise or re-write SOP's as needed
Who we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Food Science, Biology, Microbiology or a related field
Experience with Trend Analysis
Experience in a food manufacturing environment
Knowledge of Quality specifications, HACCP, oPRP, CCPs, CAPA and Root Cause Analysis
Knowledge of raw materials, packaging components, and production processes
Internal auditing experience is a plus
Prior experience conducting presentations and training sessions
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Experience with leading and managing projects
