We are a standalone Hawaiian Shave Ice store dedicated to bringing the Aloha Spirit of Hawaii to Seminole, Florida. As a franchisee, we have exclusive rights from Dunedin to Naples and represent Ululani’s Hawaiian Shave Ice, one of the best shave ice producers in Hawaii with its base on Maui. **Job Overview:** As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail store, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will play a key role in driving sales and maintaining a positive shopping experience for customers. **Responsibilities:** - Manage and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling - Monitor inventory levels and order products as needed - Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet revenue goals - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly - Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members - Oversee store maintenance and cleanliness - Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement **Qualifications:** - Proven experience in retail management, including team management and sales - Strong understanding of retail math and ability to negotiate with suppliers - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and staff - Proficient in administrative tasks such as payroll, scheduling, and inventory management - Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively This position offers a competitive salary, opportunities for career growth, and the chance to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced retail environment.
