What will your day look like?

Financial Management:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with GAAP and healthcare regulations.

Month-End Close:

• Lead the month-end close process, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Assist in the development, implementation, and management of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and providing recommendations.

Audit and Compliance:

• Coordinate and manage external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.

Team Leadership:

• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.

Who are you?

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a management role. Healthcare industry experience is highly preferred.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of GAAP and healthcare financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
