Ferretti Search is partnering with an educational institution to identify a temporary IT Support Admin . For an application support professional who is unemployed and looking for a role, this opportunity could serve to bridge the gap through the end of the year/into early 2025.

Location: Hybrid in Monroe, NC (3 days on-site/2 days remote) preferred. If a candidate is not identified in a timely fashion, our client would be willing to consider a 100% remote candidate.

Compensation: $20.00-23.50/hr W2 (the hourly # could be higher if 1099 is OK).

Schedule: Contract role starting October 20th through January, with an unpaid 2.5-week break in December.

Canvas experience nice to have, but not required. Any experience supporting a core business application (ERP/LMS/CRM etc) will suffice.

Who are you?

• Experienced in System Support: At least 1-2 years of experience with Learning Management Systems (Canvas preferred) or ERP systems.
• Detail-Oriented: Capable of handling user account management and system integrations.
• Proactive Problem Solver: Able to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth system functionality.
