What will your day look like?

Financial Management:

• Oversee all accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and cost accounting.
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end close and financial reporting.

Internal Controls:

• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
• Conduct periodic reviews and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor the accounting team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Foster professional development and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Oversee the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the executive team and other departments to support overall business objectives.
• Provide financial insights and reports to stakeholders and assist with strategic planning.

Who are you?

Experience:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience with financial management and internal controls.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA preferred.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools.

• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
