Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding top talent. Work closely with managers to understand their needs and find the perfect fit for each role.
- Maintain meticulous records and ensure everything from training certifications to employment laws are followed.
- Be the expert on all things benefits and compensation, answering questions and guiding employees.
- Handle employee inquiries, concerns, and disputes with professionalism and empathy.
- Learn and utilize our HRIS system to streamline HR processes and generate insightful reports.
- Track and administer training programs, ensuring employees have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Stay up-to-date on HR trends and regulations, recommending updates to policies and procedures as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or strong experience in its place).
- 3 years of HR experience.
- HR certification (a plus, but not required).
- Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Top-notch organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
- Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn our HRIS system.
