What will your day look like?

Financial Management:

• Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end close processes.

Cost Accounting:

• Develop and implement cost accounting procedures and controls.
• Analyze cost variances and provide actionable insights to management.

SAP Expertise:

• Utilize SAP for financial reporting, cost analysis, and process improvements.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the SAP system.

Operational Efficiency:

• Collaborate with operational teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance financial performance.
• Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives in financial operations.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with finance and operations teams to align financial strategies with business goals.
• Provide guidance and support to other departments on financial matters.

Who are you?

Experience:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial management and cost accounting.
• Hands-on experience with SAP is essential.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification preferred.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial reporting and cost analysis.

Personal Attributes:

• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
