Ferris State University is Hiring an Adjunct Instructor 3 - Radiography Near Big Rapids, MI
Adjunct Instructor 3 - Radiography (12 Mos., Full-Time, 2-Year) - Ferris State University. This is a 12-month, full-time temporary (2 year) position to teach laboratory and lecture classes for students in the Associate of Applied Science degree in Radiography. For in-person or hybrid teaching positions, candidates must reside in Michigan after acceptance of employment. Founded in 1884, the Ferris' founding philosophy of a practical, hands-on approach to education that enables students to learn practical skills for new jobs in a changing world still resonates loudly today. Our education is "where theory meets practice." This, together with a committed faculty, individual attention and career-oriented degrees, prepares graduates who find employment in their field after graduation. This posting is used for face to face, laboratory and/or online instruction, plus clinical visits at external sites, however, the candidate selected for the position must reside in Michigan after acceptance of employment. Required: Associates degree in Radiography and Bachelor's degree in Radiography, Health Sciences, Education, or related field. ARRT® (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) Certification. At least two years of full-time employment experience as a radiographer.
