The role of the Park Support IT Specialist is to support the park infrastructure and system, including but not limited to: system configuration and set up, SQL database management, system troubleshooting, payment processing (hardware and software). This role will be the first line of support for all park IT incidents. This position will provide on-site support to Kennywood, Sandcastle, Idlewild and SoakZone and Park Support Center. We are currently looking for a: Park Support Center - Park Support IT Specialist Roles & Responsibilities: Roles & Responsibilities Records and resolves incoming requests for service. Documents and maintains a detail history of the case notes from start to finish. Proactively suggests improvements to reduce incoming requests. Provides a high degree of customer satisfaction, technical expertise, accuracy, and timeliness. Develops strategies to anticipate user needs and works proactively to enhance user experience. Facilitates communication upward and across team, including status, variance and technical information. Manages standards at Corporate and Park levels for IT implementations, maintenance and system retirement. Supports off-season preventative maintenance and upgrade processes. Acts as the payment processor vendor manager Maintains and supports EMV inventory with an emphasis on PCI compliance.
