The primary focus of this job is to plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of all departments in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility.
Licenced Nursing Home Administrator Duties:
- Ensure positive resident, family, and employee realtions by responding promptly and appropriately to their needs, requests, concerns, and suggestion. Hold a town holding meeting once a month with residents while leading the conversation. Follow up up on any unresolved issues in a timely manner.
- Maintains a proffesional apperance and demenanor that encourages a postitive nuturing enviorment enviorment for the residents, families,vendors, and guests.
- Responsible for effective and economical operartion of all departments and ensures that company goals and obejectives are accomplished following established standrads and budgetiing allocations.
- Operate the Community in a manner that will ensure company profitbility by exceeding all communty budget and cenus guidlines as set by Perstige Care Center Management. Follow and adhere to the budget in all situations. Monitor staffing hours and overtime daily to detect problems early and to avoid utilizing temporay staffing.
- Perform administrive duties including m9onth- end reports. Timely and accurate completin of all daily, weekly and monthly billings.
- Comply with state and federal laws and regulations and all Perstige Care Center Management regarding the operation of the community.
- Develop and maintain systems that will effectively monitor the community operastions including, but not limited to, occupancy rate, income and expenses , supply and capital assetinventorieds, resident and staff satisfation.
- A vaild, unrestricted Nursing Home Administrator's Licence in Colorado.
- Bachelors's degree in Health Admininistration preffered.
- Must have at least three (3) years of experience in a supervisory role in a hospital, nursing home , or other related health care facility.
- Knowledgeable of skilled nuirsing home regulations, procedures, law, regulations and guidelines pertaining to long- term care.
