Job Description: As an L1 Security Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring security events, responding to incidents, and maintaining operational security processes. Your role involves performing initial analysis and triage of security alerts, escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolution. You will work closely with senior analysts and other teams to investigate potential threats and vulnerabilities, contributing to the overall security posture of Insmed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor security event alerts and alarms.
• Perform initial analysis and triage of security incidents.
• Escalate incidents to senior analysts or management as per procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve security issues.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and actions taken.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) tools preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
