JobDescription :

As a RemoteAllInculsive Resort Coordinator you will play a crucial role inassisting clients with their reservation needs.

This position isopen to individuals who are 18 years old or older and authorized towork in the USA Australia Mexico or Colombia.

No prior experienceis necessary as training will be provided. You will be responsiblefor utilizing email skills effective communication and strongcustomer service to assist clients in securing reservations andprovidingquotes.

Responsibilities :

ClientInteraction : Communicate with clients through variouschannels including email to understand their reservationrequirements and preferences.

Reservation Coordination : Assist clients in making reservations for various services such asaccommodations transportation tours and more according to theirpreferences.

Vendor Liaison : Communicatedirectly with vendors suppliers and service providers to checkavailability negotiate rates and secure reservations on behalf ofclients.

Quote Generation : Provideclients with accurate and timely quotes for their requestedreservations ensuring transparency regarding costs andservices.

Customer Support : Addressclient inquiries concerns and requests promptly and professionallyoffering solutions and guidance asneeded.

Documentation : Maintaindetailed and accurate records of client interactions reservationsand communications with vendors.

Training and Development : Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trendsreservation processes and companypolicies.

Requirements :

• Must be 18 years old orolder.
• Must be authorized to workin the USA Australia Mexico or Colombia.
