We are seeking a Remote All-Inclusive Resort Coordinator to join our team and assist guests in planning their dream getaways to exotic destinations.This independent contractor opportunity is commission-based, and your compensation is derived from the profits generated by your sales (1099).
ResponsibilitiesAs a Remote All-Inclusive Resort Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests by answering their inquiries, assisting with reservations, and ensuring their needs are met before, during, and after their stay.
• Destination Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on various all-inclusive resort destinations to help guests choose the perfect vacation spot.
• Reservation Management: Assist guests with booking accommodation, flights, and activities while ensuring accuracy and timely communication.
• Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with guests via email, phone, or messaging apps.
• Problem Solving: Address any guest concerns or issues promptly and efficiently to ensure a seamless vacation experience.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and reservations.
• Remote Work: Work from the comfort of your own home with a reliable Wi-Fi connection, smartphone, or computer.

QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

• Customer-Focused: Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organization: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Travel Knowledge: An interest in and knowledge of all-inclusive resort destinations is a plus. (training will be provided)
