JOB SUMMARY: Under general supervision, specific duties and responsibilities are to operate equipment designed for the production of caffeine. Assists in other areas of production as needed

The Caffeine Team Operator is responsible for assembling, weighing, and loading the appropriate raw materials for caffeine production. Responsible for the care of all machine-specific functions, such as configuring the equipment, loading, operating, and unloading the machines, and optimizing the machine's capability. The Operator must ensure that the machines work at total capacity, oversee maintenance, and perform timely quality checks. The Operator should be a self-starter and willing to undergo training, if need be, to understand the operations of new/older equipment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for overseeing all activities associated with running machinery. This includes staging, setup, operation run, quality, and housekeeping
• Assemble the raw ingredients for caffeine production
• Load raw materials into the production machinery
• Troubleshoot production and quality issues and provide corrective action
• Oversee and perform essential preventative maintenance duties
• Ensure all duties on the machine are followed and comply with health/safety rules and regulations

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment Background Check
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalency required
• 90 days or related experience is strongly preferred
• Knowledge of the following machines is strongly preferred (plate filters, centrifuge, ovens, pumps)
• Filling out paperwork for each batch
