Education/Certificates: LIHTC and/or HUD Designation(s) Valid Driver's License is require Experience: Affordable Housing experience required Property Management experience required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities: Knowledge and understanding of affordable property management Detailed understanding of LIHTC and HUD Compliance Communicate effectively and possess strong business writing skills Effective organization and time management skills Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision Essential Duties: Move In File Approval Recertification File Review Sign-off on files (review for signatures, dates, etc.) Monitor Storage of files Policies & Procedures Report Preparation & Submission per the Regulatory/LURA Requirements Pre-Audit file review Audit Response Preparation for Compliance Findings Audit Response Submission Review Regulatory Agreements Set-Up Affordable Documents on-site Monitor Unit Set-Asides & Unit Types Training of On-Site Teams Resyndication File Review and Reports Perform due diligence audits on upcoming acquisitions Participates in company required training by established deadline. Complies with all Fairfield standards, applicable health and safety rules and regulations, as well as applicable local, state and federal laws. Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned. #LI-PAT Estimated Rate of Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 This position is exempt; the range above reflects annual salary. The pay range displayed for this position is determined by skills and experience required, location and job complexity*. Potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, and experience an individual candidate holds. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses applicable to this position (if any). In addition to base salary, Fairfield offers all full time associates the following, upon meeting eligibility requirements: Paid time off, paid holidays and sick days, paid time off for volunteering activities (optional) Matched 401(k) Medical, dental & vision insurance Flexible spending account Life insurance * Pay range is a calculation based on a midpoint price.
