Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides patients from assessment to discharge in both medication-assisted treatment, residential and drug free treatment programming as directed by licensed nurse.
• Monitor medications being taken by residential patients as directed by licensed nurse.
• Monitors the physical & mental health well-being of patients via vital sign readings and interactions with patients while documenting findings.
• Completes initial intake documentation as directed by licensed nurse.
• Documents patient reports of symptoms and responses to medications to licensed nursing staff.

Location: 120 N. Eleventh Street, Springfield, IL 

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm/1:00pm - 9:30pm
