Do you have team leadership or management experience in Door to Door marketing, Canvassing, or outside direct marketing?Looking to leverage your skills and talent to earn $150k per year?If so, apply today!This is an on-site, outside marketing position at our brand new Fort Myers, FL facility where you will train and develop incoming field marketing specialists to expand our local customer base.

- Deliver interactive marketing presentations on our quality products and services which include energy-efficient, impact windows and roofing
- Train and develop representatives, interview new prospects, participate in company travel opportunities and market expansions
- Exceptional candidates will have the opportunity manage their own market
- Team leadership experience D2D, B2C, door to door/canvassing for industries to include roofing and windows, solar sales, security systems, internet, HVAC, home services, etc
- Self-management skills and ability to coach and mentor others
- Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline
- Resourceful problem solver
- Advanced verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
- Open-minded with a passion for learning a wide-range of skills that will carry through a variety of career paths
- BA/BSc or some college coursework preferred
