## Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Support individuals in participating in social activities and community outings
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Help individuals with developmental disabilities and autism in achieving their long-term care goals
- Perform heavy lifting when necessary to assist individuals with mobility
- Drive individuals to appointments and activities

## Experience
### Required Skills:
- Experience working with people with developmental disabilities or autism
- Ability to lift and perform heavy lifting tasks
- Proficiency in providing personal care and meal preparation
- Knowledge of social work principles
- Competency in medication administration

### Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Previous experience in long-term care settings
