Job Summary:Responsible for overseeing and managing company's overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity.
Job Role:
- Optimize ERP system
- Manages and oversees overall supply chain operations, including purchasing and inventory of materials
- Makes recommendations to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations
- Manage material requirements/forecast material needs
- Negotiate shipping contracts
- Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, or optimize customer service
- Design, implement, and oversee product take back or reverse logistics programs to ensure products are recycled, reused, or responsibly disposed
- Must adhere to health and safety procedures, and all workplace policies
- Other responsibilities/duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Economics preferred
- Proficient understanding of all levels of supply chain processes
- Supervisory/managerial experience
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Analytical mindset coupled with the ability to make good judgments and quick decisions
- Aptitude for problem solving and troubleshooting
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Outstanding organizational and management skills
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Combination of indoor and outdoor activities with varying conditions
- Requires walking, standing, sitting, climbing, balancing, bending, reaching, handling, stooping, kneeling, and crouching
- Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 pounds
- May involve operating material handling equipment in a safe manner
- Work may include exposure to variable noise levels, fumes, airborne particles, hazardous chemicals, etc., requiring personal protective equipment
- Some positions may require working with small parts/components, necessitating excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Specific vision abilities required, including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
