URGENT NEED - NIGHT SHIFT

Fidé is currently seeking an RN with Medical Surgical experience for a 13-week contract in Birmingham, AL.

Job Description:

2 years of current Med/Surg experience.

Provide direct nursing care by established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.

Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.

Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Implement and monitor patient care plans.

Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.

Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.

This is a post operative unit: 30 beds Nurse/Patient ratio 1/5-6 on night shift. Post Op General Surgery patients/ Thoracotomy patients.

Credentials Needed:

• Current AL RN License – compact allowed
• Current AHA BLS
• Driver’s License
• COVID Vaccination Card preferred but not required
