Fidé is Hiring a Telemetry RN Near Tulsa, OK
Fidé is currently seeking an RN with Telemetry with experience for a 13-week contract in Tulsa, OK .
This is a 28 bed cardiac telemetry unit, caring for all cardiac needs.
Nurse to patient ratio is 1:4-6.
The unit is also supported by PCTs and a Healthcare unit coordinator. Utilization of virtual sitter monitoring is available as well as monitor techs to monitor those on telemetry.
Requirements:
The following experience is required: 2 years of current Telemetry experience.
Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.
Responsibilities:
- Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
- Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
- Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Complexity of Work:
- Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment.
Personal Protective Equipment:
- Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
Compliance Credentials:
- Current OK RN License – compact allowed
- Current AHA BLS
- Current NIHSS
- COVID Vaccination Card, no exemptions allowed
- Updated Resume
- Two Past Supervisor References (must have job title, email, valid phone number)
