- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician
- HS Diploma or equivalent experience
- Experience in troubleshooting basic relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, and VFD drives
- Ability to communicate complex electrical issues effectively
- Proficiency in Megamation or Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS).
- Must be able to perform physically demanding work, such as climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, twisting and bending for extended period
- Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and electrical systems to reduce downtime
- Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify potential issues
- Utilize CMMS for preventive maintenance, inventory, and tasks
- Diagnose and repair electrical issues, including wiring, circuits, motors, and control systems
- Replace faulty electrical components like relays, switches, and sensors
- Use electrical diagrams and schematics for troubleshooting and repairs
- Troubleshoot PLCs, specifically input/output and control voltages
- Use a multimeter to check voltage and continuity
- Understanding Yaskawa robots is a plus
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and drive systems
- Replace defective parts using hand and power tools
- Assist in the installation of new machinery and electrical systems
- Upgrade and modify equipment for efficiency, safety, and compliance
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Maintain accurate maintenance records
- Work closely with production staff to minimize disruptions
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Collaborate with other mechanics and technicians on complex problems
- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and spare parts
