Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Repair Technician to join our team. As a Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of equipment and machinery. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues.

Duties:
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair equipment and machinery according to established guidelines
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of equipment
- Test repaired equipment to ensure proper functionality
- Keep accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and parts inventory
- Collaborate with team members to identify recurring issues and develop solutions
- Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree in a related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Repair Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Skills:
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand complex machinery
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Ability to work well in a team environment
