The Role
As the CRM Platform Squad Leader, you blend deep agile leadership skills and a platform mindset to drive the execution of new capabilities that will scale CRM experiences across Fidelity Wealth & Brokerage; digitally enabling our 23k sales, service & operations associates to meaningfully engage with customers & prospects.
You will work in partnership with the squad, Group Squad Leader and Chapter Leaders supporting the product area & key stakeholders whom derive value from CRM. You will encourage and enable the team to deliver industry-leading digital capabilities with scale & efficiency in mind. By modeling and promoting Fidelity and agile Leadership behaviors, you will create and sustain an inclusive agile culture.

This Squad is part of the Associate Digital Experience Product Area within Fidelity Wealth; focused on empowering customers and associates to thrive in a digital-first world through the creation of unified experiences, powered by scalable platforms. We are responsible for connecting our customers to our associates through Salesforce CRM, Digital Appointments, Content Management, Associate Profile and Desktop experiences.

Fidelity's working model blends the best of working offsite with maximizing time together in person to meet associate and business needs. Currently, most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite all business days of one assigned week per four-week period (beginning in September 2024, the requirement will be two full assigned weeks).

Certain roles may require candidates to go through a preliminary credit check during the screening process.
