**Job Description:**

****CENTER OF EXCELLENCE TEAM LEADER Performance Delivery****

As a Performance Delivery Center of Excellence Team Leader, you are accountable for a team of operational experts responsible for the development and deployment of leading practices and solutions to achieve key business partners strategic objectives.

In this role you will be a strategic partner to business leaders identifying and delivering initiatives that enable delivery of key organizational goals and objectives. You lead the team to deliver operating model design, management system design, deploy expertise in change management, and build new business capabilities. Your focus is strengthening WIs operational foundation by enabling efficient growth, better outcomes and the best customer experience for plan sponsors, participants, and associates

In addition, you will engage in the Agile Model with your team supporting families, squads, or initiatives on a time-limited, as needed basis. As a COE Team Leader, you are dedicated to helping your team develop in their agile capabilities and ensure alignment on the work they perform. You will partner with other Fidelity leaders and represent the operational needs as you build and evolve consistent practices and standards for the business experience design that aligns with technology to deliver a holistic agile solution. As a leader, you will partner to influence the vision, strategic decisions, product solutions and priorities. You are committed to developing your own agile expertise and knowledge to bring the latest thinking to your role to empower others with that knowledge.

****The Team****

This group is accountable to define a broad portfolio prioritized to deliver significant value annually measured in key partner cost and revenue improvements while focusing on risk reduction, quality improvement, customer satisfaction and strategy enablement. This group delivers measurable value to WI and our customers by offering industry-leading business performance capabilities delivered by premier talent that are tightly connected with our business partners.

The CoE will partner to set strategy, design, and improve operating model and management systems for WI Client and Participant Services, Sales & Relationship Management and Healthcare through the development and deployment of leading practices and solutions to achieve our partners strategic objectives.

You will work directly with functional leaders and represent their interests in the agile model partnering with leaders aligned to WIs Workplace Platform Domain, Workplace Digital Experiences Domain, and the Emerging Businesses Domain. In addition, the group will provide support across the Firm including Fidelitys Neighborhood workstreams.

****The Expertise You Have****

* College degree required; technical degree preferred

* MBA preferred

* 15 years of relevant leadership and management experience

* Business strategy, operating model and management system design capability preferred

* Agile leadership experience preferred but not required
