About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to join their team. The successful candidate will be a senior leader with a strong background in financial and general management, including extensive experience in a managed care environment or a high-profile financial position. The role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial operations, close, and audits, as well as leading the company's accountable entity program and evaluating strategic and operational initiatives. The Vice President of Finance will also be responsible for revenue recognition, developing and executing financial strategies, and overseeing budgeting activities to optimize revenue and manage expenses. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a preference for those holding an MBA and a CPA certification. The role requires a proven track record as a change agent, the ability to influence strategic business decisions, and a deep understanding of the dynamic nature of the healthcare industry, particularly in relation to Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial products. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational management, leadership, and development skills, and be adept at problem-solving, planning, and interdepartmental implementation. A hands-on, relationship-focused approach and the ability to lead and mentor a diverse team are also essential.
