Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Escrow Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services, escrow, and mortgage servicing. This position involves supporting the escrow officer in various tasks related to real estate transactions.

Duties:
- Assist in opening and closing escrow transactions.
- Prepare escrow instructions and amendments.
- Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, and clients to gather necessary documents.
- Review contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Process payments and maintain financial records.
- Provide administrative support to the escrow officer.

Skills:
- Knowledge of escrow procedures and terminology.
- Familiarity with banking processes and loan servicing.
- Understanding of contract documents and legal requirements.
- Proficiency in 10-key typing for data entry tasks.
- Experience in loan processing or credit analysis is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
