  • Type of Employment: 40 hours per week.
  • Period of Performance: 30 September 2024 29 May 2027
  • Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 per year.
Working HoursWork will be scheduled normally from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, however, there may be times when it is necessary for the employees to work after duty hours or weekends in support of specific tasking. Although schedule may have to be flexible, it will not exceed 40 hours per week. Temporary alternate work locations may be assigned.
Mandatory Qualifications
  • Shall have a High School Diploma.
  • Shall have at least 5 years demonstrated experience in operating, maintaining and calibrating CBRN supplies and equipment and Home Station Medical Response (HSMR) supplies and equipment.
  • Shall have at least 5 years experience in compiling data, preparing charts, graphs, tables and analyzing results.
  • Shall be proficient in Microsoft software programs such as Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Shall have a valid drivers license to operate a government or GSA vehicle.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Shall perform and manage administrative functions related to supply and equipment management.
  • Shall collect, prepare, analyze, and verify equipment and supporting records, and locate and compile data/reports and other information from various internal databases.
  • Shall provide equipment/supply information to internal customers on issues, schedules, and related matters.
  • Shall maintain inventory of equipment records, maintenance, and calibration schedules.
  • Shall plan and assist with tests to evaluate equipment performance.
  • Shall provide inventory reporting, at a minimum biannually to include, but not limited to, supplies, equipment, and training aids.
  • Shall conduct periodic internal inspections of medical equipment for compliance with policies, procedures, and directives.
  • Shall ensure effective mission support to include, but not limited to checking out and checking in CBRN and HSMR equipment and packing consumable supplies in support of mission requirements to all internal customers.
