The Role
We are looking for a new member to join our PFI Retail team. In this position, you will support a variety of business units across Fidelity by performing data capture, form recognition and customer validation on electronic documents and checks to ensure customer satisfaction and security.
The Team
The goal of PFI Retail is to protect customers’ assets by quickly and accurately processing their incoming transactions. The team supports all Fidelity business units by performing form recognition and data capture on forms, documents and checks presented via electronic image. Processing is completed within internal service delivery goals as well as legal and regulatory deadlines governing the timely and accurate processing of transactions.
The Expertise You Have
- Minimum 1 year of electronic transaction processing experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Minimum 1 year of 10 key data entry experience (Preferred)
- Knowledge of financial industry (Preferred)
- You are self-motivated, and work well in a team-oriented environment
- Requires attention to detail
- Ability to concentrate on processing items for extended periods of time
- Ability to complete assigned tasks both timely and accurately
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to complete work by prioritizing multiple tasks to meet tight time constraints
- Ability to navigate between multiple applications
- Strong data entry skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office including Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.
- Critical thinking skills
- Flexibility- This role may require associates to occasionally have to stay late/come in early and come in on days off
- Issue resolution and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong organization skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Manage multiple priorities, meeting goals and deadlines
- Risk-mitigation skills
