Property Management Operations SpecialistJoin a team that’s leading the way in real estate development and apartment management!We're growing — and growing quickly — so we're seeking motivated and highly talented people to join our team. We’re currently looking for a resourceful problem solver that has a knack for property management software for our Property Management Operations Specialist opening. The position will work out of our brand new Milwaukee headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot property management software issues to assist on-site property teams with software issues.
- Manage development request and recommend best practices to make sure FRED is utilizing our software to its highest potential.
- Be the subject matter expert on our property management software system and assist the training department with training employees on the system.
- Lead the help desk team and help with resolutions and follow-up actions using Ticketing system.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate with internal organization members and vendors
- One (1) year of property management software experience is preferred (Entrata or Yardi)
- Working knowledge of property management systems or ticketing systems
- Ability to fully investigate issues, develop solutions, and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Adhere to fair housing laws, OSHA/Safety regulations, and company policies (training provided).
