Job Summary:

Hoser INC is a mobile hydraulic hose replacement company. We are looking for mechanically minded problem solvers to join our team and grow with us in Florida. In this role you will be supplied with a company van, phone, and uniforms. Your designated van goes home with you every night. Aggressive bonus structure for sales totals and new customers gained.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Remove, install, fabricate, replace worn, damaged, or failed hoses on equipment ranging from tractors to rock crushers.
• Travel to various (customer) sites to perform maintenance and repair on electro-mechanical devices
• Complete and accurate data entry and documentation of service action and customer interaction
• Support other internal operational teams and complete department projects, as needed
• Provide feedback and participate in procedure/process improvements
• Complete and process various service requests and orders
• On-call rotation including after hours and weekends.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• 2 years of mechanical experience required (training provided, must supply your own basic tools)
• Self-starter, ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be a safe driver with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to be on call when scheduled (this is a 24/7 mobile hose service)

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift a minimum of 15 pounds at times.

Hours:

Expected Hours to be 40-60 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• On Call
• Weekends as needed
