Job Description: We are looking for meticulous and efficient Cannabis Trimmers to assist in grooming cannabis plants into perfectly manicured flower. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a steady hand, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Trim cannabis plants by hand to remove excess leaves and stems.
• Manicure cannabis buds to ensure a high-quality final product.
• Weigh and record trimmed cannabis accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow all safety and compliance protocols.
• Assist with other cultivation tasks as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Attention to Detail: Ability to trim buds precisely and consistently.
• Manual Dexterity: Skilled at using scissors and other trimming tools.
• Efficiency: Capable of maintaining speed while ensuring quality.
• Knowledge of Cannabis: Basic understanding of cannabis plant anatomy and trimming techniques is a plus.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to sit or stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
