Key Activities And Accountabilities
Provide technical support to Operations, Business Development, Technical Sales, and Product Line as required to optimise product and service performance.
Plan, organise, review, and evaluate the product/service development and performance to ensure it meets the business objectives.
Act as Design Authority and provide technical approval, for all pumping design activities including drawings, rig ups, P&ID's, and new build assets.
Facilitate, for relevant projects and ITT's, generation of Requirements Specifications and technical submissions.
Attend meetings with clients to discuss requirements, proposals and specific projects or scopes of work
Monitor changes in regulations and technology that may affect operations and advise management on any product development arising.
Working within the Product Line, develop and own the technology road map for pumping services globally.
Global SME for pumping services across all mediums of fluids, gases, and specialist products
Working across the global product line to support standalone Pumping Services, CoilHose and Annulus Intervention
Assist Product Line Deliver Service team to continuously develop, update, and audit our pumping services process and documentation.
Develop key competencies and training courses with L&D for Pumping Services
Working with supply chain, identify and develop key vendors for both products and services support and act as global focal point for those vendors.
Provide leadership in all ethical issues; ensure employees are aware of Fieldwood Energy compliance requirements and feel able to report possible violations or conflicts of interest.
Actively adhere to and ensure compliance with applicable Quality policies, procedures, processes & systems. Take an active part in quality improvement processes. Act on reported deficiencies and approve deviations from standard procedures as appropriate.
Ensure that employees adhere to and comply with all applicable Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, and processes. Provide leadership in HSE; encourage employees to take responsibility and be accountable for their own and others' safety and provide an environment where they feel authorised to stop any unsafe job.
Ensure that all incidents and non-conformances are reported in line with the appropriate procedures and deadlines; ensure that all incidents are investigated, and corrective actions raised as required; where appropriate, participates in incident investigations.
Supervise, mentor and coach direct reports and ensure completion of their Employee Development Plans. Where applicable, ensure that training and competency programs are in place to facilitate the mentoring of subordinates through the competency system.
Conduct competency assessments when required.
Job Knowledge And Qualifications
Extensive experience of working in the Oil & Gas Industry in the relevant technical area
Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering or related discipline Current SME for Pumping Services
