FIFA World Cup 2026 is Hiring a Manager, Ticketing System QA, FIFA World Cup 2026 Near Miami, FL
Reporting organizationally to the Head of Ticketing Operations, the Ticketing System QA Manager will be a key member of the FIFA26 Ticketing and Hospitality team, and work in close collaboration with the Ticketing System Managers in Zurich and other key individuals responsible for delivering the ticketing system.
THE POSITION
The main responsibilities and oversights of the Ticketing System QA Manager for the FIFA World Cup 26™ include:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance plan
• Define quality standards and procedures for the team
• Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to align testing activities with project goals
• Create and review test cases and test scripts
• Ensure thorough coverage of functional and non-functional requirements
• Execute the test cases and track testing progress
• Generate and communicate test reports to stakeholders
• Implement a bug tracking and management process
• Work closely with development teams to prioritize and resolve bugs
• Identify areas for process improvement within the QA process
• Implement best practices to enhance overall testing efficiency and effectiveness
• Identify and assess project risks related to quality
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and product owners
• Implement customer feedback into the QA process
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the QA process

Education & Qualifications
• Bachelor degree or similar level of education
• In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address quality issues
• Effective communication to convey testing status, issues, and recommendations to various stakeholders
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements, schedules, and priorities
• Capacity to align QA strategies with overall business and project goals
• Thoroughness in reviewing test cases, results, and identifying defects
• Ability to make informed decisions related to testing priorities, strategies, and resource allocation
• Efficiently manage time and resources to meet testing deadlines
• Proactively identify and manage risks associated with quality assurance
• Commitment to delivering products that meet or exceed customer expectations
Work Experience
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
Languages
• Fluent in English
Technology
• Proficient in Excel / Word / PowerPoint
• Experience in a ticketing system would be a strong asset
• Advanced user of JIRA would a strong asset
• Familiarity with SQL would be an asset
• Bachelor degree or similar level of education
