We are an established, state licensed, indoor cannabis producer/processor located in Spokane Valley, Washington. About the work:
-This opportunity is considered entry level. We provide all necessary training for an empowered integration onto our team.
-Upon hiring, all team members are subject to a 90-day probationary period during which training will take place in our processing departments.
-After 90 days, we will begin evaluating a team member's skills, strengths and interests for consideration and growth into new roles and responsibilities as they become available.

Essential Processing Tasks and Responsibilities:
-Harvest: efficiently breakdown live plants for storage in dry rooms.
-Trimming: hand trim dried flower- requires a strong attention toward quality and detail, meeting a minimum quota of 85g per hour.
-Packaging: dynamic work environment includes product scaling, jarring, market labelling, and pre-roll creation.
-Fulfillment: readying our products for distribution to licensed retailers in Washington State.
-Cleanliness: light cleaning each day, including maintaining your tools and equipment and keeping work stations organized and sanitary.

Minimum Requirements:
-21 with valid identification
-Availability Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm
-Regular and on-time attendance is a requirement!
-Reliable transportation
-Work respectfully with others as a team player
-Able to maintain focus & motivation for extended periods of time
-Perform repetitive fine detail work, such as manipulating a small pair of shears or crafting pre-rolls
-Able to bend, stoop, reach and withstand full work days while standing
-Able to lift a minimum of 25lbs
-Accurate depth perception, ability to discern different types of flower material
-Experience in manufacturing, restaurants, general labor is a plus

Work Conditions and Environment:
-Working in a stationary position with options to sit and stand as needed for comfort, as afforded by the type of task at hand. Many tasks will involved standing.
-Temperature controlled manufacturing and warehouse settings.
-Moderate amount of noise.
-Exposure to and use of potentially hazardous or toxic chemicals including Bleach, Hydrogen Peroxide, Isopropyl Alcohol, and other cleaning and sanitizing chemicals. MSDS data sheets and PPE are available for reference and use during work.
-Adherence to all work safety requirements including but not limited to: wearing task specific PPE such as gloves, scrubs, hair nets and face masks.
