Financial Planning firm seeks a highly energized and confident individual who will thrive in a busy environment to serve as a Servicing Advisor. Candidate must be extremely professional in appearance and manner, willing to accept direction, quick to learn new things, and computer savvy. Superior phone and computer skills required.
The Servicing Advisor will be the primary point of contact for a select group of the firm's existing client base, responsible for servicing accounts and providing financial advice. The Servicing Advisor will help cultivate relationships with clients based on trust and transparency to provide the best client experience possible.

Education/Experience:
• Degree in economics and/or financial services
• Experience in a client-facing role within the financial services industry
• Experience in the financial services industry, preferably in personal comprehensive financial planning, retirement analysis/software and portfolio allocation design
• Knowledgeable with the financial planning process and in developing observation and recommendation text. Preferably experience in putting together comprehensive financial plans from the back office prospective: Goals, balance sheet, cash flow, investment allocation, observations, recommendations, business structure, entity detailing, income tax review, estate document review and risk management/insurance analysis
• Process and track advisor service requests
