FIG Talent Solutions is Hiring a Financial Advisor Near Greenville, SC

Financial Planning firm seeks a highly energized and confident individual who will thrive in a busy environment to serve as a Servicing Advisor. Candidate must be extremely professional in appearance and manner, willing to accept direction, quick to learn new things, and computer savvy. Superior phone and computer skills required.

The Servicing Advisor will be the primary point of contact for a select group of the firm's existing client base, responsible for servicing accounts and providing financial advice. The Servicing Advisor will help cultivate relationships with clients based on trust and transparency to provide the best client experience possible.

Servicing Advisor Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide objective, unbiased financial advice to a diverse mix of clients by analyzing investment opportunities and client needs.
  • Prepare financial planning recommendations and initial product solutions for advisor review and use in client meetings
  • Prepare charts, graphs, tables and other visual aids to be used in implementation meetings with clients
  • Participate in all areas of client meeting preparation, including running reports, developing financial plans using Navi Plan and assisting with client recommendations, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Client relationship development and management, including ongoing and regular client contact and communications.
  • Client service, including planning updates, portfolio changes and reviews, returns and new opportunity identification.
  • Maintain accurate notes and records regarding client matters In the CRM.
  • Rigorously adhere to and follow firm processes and systems around review meetings and client relationship management.
  • Keep client team members adequately Informed on all active and pending client matters.
  • Attend trainings and information-sharing meetings
  • Maintain all continuing education requirements and required training elements
  • Attend all firm client events
  • Create various solution-oriented alternate planning scenarios using Navi Plan
  • Monitor and update existing financial plans
  • Develop portfolio/robust product solution recommendations that will fit the client's risk tolerance and time frame as well as develop appropriate product deliverables
  • Manage and resolve client service problems
  • Maintain current knowledge on financial planning concepts, law and regulations, and industry trends
  • Research advanced financial planning questions/topics
  • Perform other allowable duties as assigned by the financial advisor(s)

• Knowledge of different account and security types

• CRM and Portfolio Management system experience

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Education/Experience:

• Degree in economics and/or financial services

• Experience in a client-facing role within the financial services industry

• Experience in the financial services industry, preferably in personal comprehensive financial planning, retirement analysis/software and portfolio allocation design

• Knowledgeable with the financial planning process and in developing observation and recommendation text. Preferably experience in putting together comprehensive financial plans from the back office prospective: Goals, balance sheet, cash flow, investment allocation, observations, recommendations, business structure, entity detailing, income tax review, estate document review and risk management/insurance analysis

• Process and track advisor service requests
