The Fitness Sales Associate is responsible for actively pursuing enrollment of new members into FIIT Nation Fitness Studio through employee-generated & company-sponsored programs, promotions and referrals. While also responsible for ongoing support of potential and current members.
Duties include:
Answering phone calls, emails and texts.
Scheduling first time guests
Greeting everyone who enters the studio with a smile
Presentation of the FIIT Nation concept to all leads
Conducting studio tours
Properly onboard guests (FN Green Stars) for their first workout
Following up with leads and members using FIIT Nation sales & follow up protocol
Membership presentation and sales, striving to grow the FIIT Nation membership base
Participate in Community outreach and marketing events
Studio upkeep and light cleaning duties

*We are looking for the perfect fit to fill a permanent, part time position with weekday shift start times ranging between 12 noon and 1:00 P.M. (If you are not available for these start times, kindly do not apply)

Members train in small groups within a large group setting to emphasize the community within, as well as deliver the most state of the art, scientific and FUN FIIT workout (Functionally Intense Interval Training). FN focuses on “LABB” Programming, (Learn, Active, Build, Burn) which allows our coaches to deliver individual and customized programming for every FIIT Family member.
At its root FIIT Nation is a Strength and Conditioning Program utilizing base fundamentals of Pushing, Pulling, Pressing, Squatting, and Lifting, along with Running, Rowing, Biking, and Jumping to provide personalized training for those members just starting their fitness journey to the advanced exerciser. FIIT Nation varies its formats every day, utilizing multi-dimensional movement to train in all planes while also focusing on Balance and Core, to ensure all FIIT members are trained to be the best physically they can be.
FIIT Nation is a complete Group Personal Training Program including Nutritional Counseling and Guidance to ensure clients know how to properly nourish their bodies to help achieve their goals to maximize results.
