- Drive sales through outbound phone calls, email efforts and team collaboration
- Increase sales volume and exceed year over year growth targets to meet annual operating plan
- Generate new business while maintaining and building long-term customer relationships
- Coordinate with team and management to create and manage action plans for key accounts
- Utilize internal CRM & ERP systems to record pertinent information on customers and open opportunities
- Respond to technical customer inquiries and requests for price quotes
- Ensure that the Duraco value proposition is being executed daily
- 1-3 years of sales experience
- Prior experience with CRM or ERP software a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or related field a plus
- Ability to solve problems with a sales-minded and customer-focused approach
- Ability to cultivate and manage long-term customer relationships
- Natural sense of urgency with a go-getter mentality
- Comfortable working independently as well as being a team-player
- Outstanding personal integrity and ethics
- Excellent reasoning and analytical ability
