In this dynamic role, you’ll ensure restaurant kitchens remain clean and compliant by delivering and exchanging grease filters throughout our region. Job Responsibilities:

• Route Management: Safely drive company trucks to various restaurant locations to perform grease filter exchanges across the assigned territory.
• Filter Exchange: Efficiently swap out used grease filters with clean ones, ensuring each kitchen maintains optimal cleanliness and operational efficiency.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent service with a professional and friendly demeanor, addressing client questions and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Additional Duties: Be ready to assist with other operational tasks as required, supporting the overall success of our service.

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting Capacity: Ability to lift and carry filters weighing 20 to 50 lbs.
• Work Conditions: Must be willing to work in all weather conditions, including rain, snow, or heat, as deliveries are required regardless of the forecast.

Typical Shift:

• Hours: 4:30 AM to 12:30 PM or until route completion, with shifts ranging from 10 to 20 hours per week.
• Growth Potential: Due to company expansion, hours may increase, and the role could transition into a full-time position quickly.

Compensation:

• Base Pay Performance Pay: We offer a competitive base hourly wage along with a performance pay model. This means the harder and more efficiently you work, the more you can earn.
• Base Hourly Rate: Earn a reliable hourly wage as a starting point.
• Performance Pay: Additional pay is based on key metrics like route completion efficiency, customer satisfaction, and adherence to safety and maintenance standards. This structure rewards high-performing team members who excel in their roles.
• Profit Sharing: After 3 months of employment, you’ll become eligible for our profit-sharing model. As the company grows and succeeds, so do you, with a portion of the company’s profits distributed among eligible employees quarterly.

Qualifications:

• Self-Motivated: Able to work independently with a strong sense of initiative and responsibility.
• Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Driving Experience: A clean driving record and confidence in navigating various road conditions.
• Restaurant Industry Experience (Preferred): Experience working in or around restaurants is a plus.
• Territory Knowledge: Familiarity with South Dakota, Nebraska, and Iowa is beneficial.

• Territory Coverage: Includes South Dakota, Nebraska, and Iowa.
• Overnight Stays: Occasional overnight stays may be required. This can be discussed and negotiated based on individual needs.
